• How much does each session cost?

    Each 45–50 minute session costs $130. If this is not available to you, please reach out to Allie to discuss how we can make therapy work.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Bayou City Counseling is an out-of-network provider, but we can provide a “super bill” upon request with the appropriate coding for you to submit to your insurance for a potential reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier for details about your specific coverage. We also accept HSA and FSA payments. Additionally, Allie is a TRICARE certified provider.

  • How do I book a session?

    You can book or change a session via text, phone call, or email. You can also click on the “Book A Session” button to make an appointment online. Please contact Allie for additional availability if you don’t see a time that works for you. The online portal will provide you with appointment reminders once the session is booked.

  • What should I expect in my first session?

    In your first session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and make a plan for the future sessions together. The hope is that we begin a relationship that feels safe and encouraging.

  • Can I talk with Allie before I book a session?

    Yes! Allie offers a free 15 minute phone consultation. In this call you can share your needs in therapy and what you are looking for in a counselor. Allie will answer any other questions you have!

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash or HSA/ FSA cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
